I’ve decided to make a list of stuff that I aim to make someday in the future!

Kimchi Jjigae - I have a huge tub of kimchi that is not so good anymore…SO I SHALL COOK IT!

Biscuits/Gravy - Damn you food network.

Pork Ssam (lettuce wraps yum!) - my korean friends made this for me yesterday so I want to make it myself too! Need to find a good ssam sauce recipe~

My own guacamole - I had some homemade guac at the SD Farmer’s Market this past weekend and it was sooo good. I then realized that I had never been a fan of guacamole in the past because it’s so often made too bland for me (I LIKE BIG FLAVORS RAWR) so if I can make it myself someday I’m going to make it crazy flavorful and it’s gonna be awesome <3
